Rohann Properties was created by a Lancaster native who sees Lancaster´s potential and believes it can be a major city, while keeping its small town charm. “We buy homes to rent in areas that are up and coming. We want to be part of the transformation of Lancaster City into a major player in commerce, tourism and business in the region.

A neighborhood is only as good as its residents; we want our company and our tenants to be a positive part of any neighborhood. We find homes and apartments in parts of the city that have charm, history or both.

Rohann Properties is passionate about real estate; we strive to provide quality, safe and well functioning homes to renters and homeowners. “We rehab properties using quality materials, and apply the same standards of livability we set for our own homes.” Our goal at Rohann is to provide quality houses and apartments to people who will treat them with the same love and respect that we put into restoring them. Our team of contractors, painters and house professionals work to ensure that rehab or repair work is of the highest quality. We do it once, we do it right.

As a management company we are very hands on, making sure that our tenants are well cared for. It is a two way street, tenants care for the homes through regular upkeep and we attend to any snags that arise. As a small company, we can remain approachable in any situation. We respect our tenants´ privacy; as long as the rent is paid on time and the property is maintained, we prefer to remain invisible. We look for tenants who are looking for quality homes and are willing to take responsibility for them.
